In the unlikely event that you want to choose something other than the large variety of celebration and special occasion cakes on our website, can we suggest that you telephone one of our branches and discuss with a sales supervisor who would be happy to help.

Most of our cakes can have a message or picture on them.

Sorry, all our products may contain nut traces.

All our cakes with the exception of our cheese cakes and mousses, are vegetarian, however the use of dairy products may not be suitable for vegans.

How long will the cakes stay fresh and will they have to be kept refridgerated?
Most of our cakes are made with fresh cream and/or fresh fruits and therefore must be kept refrigerated when taken home. They have a minimum three day fridge life if kept below 5 degrees.

Do all shops offer the same range of cakes?
Whilst all shops may not make the same cakes every day, any of those shown on this website can be ordered from any branch in advance. However as they are all hand-made by they may vary slightly from the cakes on this website.

Can we taste a sample?
Samples for wedding cakes can be arranged for free, this should be organised directly with a sales supervisor either by telephone or in person at your prefered location.

Do you have cakes ready-to-go?
Yes, please call in to any of the braches to check what is available all shops have cake ready to go. Sizes are limited to 6” for 4-6 people and 8” for 8-10 people.

When can I come in for a tasting?
Anytime, but it is always best to call in advance to make sure we have specific flavor available for tasting.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not necessary, though recommended for special occasions. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday at any of our store locations.

Do I have to collect my order in person?
No, as long as you either quote the order reference number or send a copy of your online order confirmation with the person collecting on your behalf.

Do you offer a delivery service?
Currently we are only able to offer a delivery service for wedding cakes or oders over £250, however a charge is applicable and cost will depend on the delivery address. A basic indication of delivery cost is £25 within the central London area and £1.20 per mile outside of this.

How much notice is needed?
Any cakes that can be ordered on line require a minimum lead time of 24 hours, wedding cakes and larger orders may require a little longer, we recommend telephoning your prefered branch for further details.

Can I order products online or in the stores?
Our web site is able to indicate which products can be ordered on line and those that will need to be ordered in store.

Any special offers or discounts will be notified in our newsletters, in our stores or on this website.

How much time before an event do I need to place an order?
In order to assure availability, we recommend that orders be placed at least one to two weeks in advance. For wedding cakes we recommend, at least, two to four weeks prior to the wedding.

I am having a large # of guests at my wedding. How could I make my order more cost effective?
We would recommend ordering a smaller "display" cake and having an "Extra Servings" cake to serve the remaining guests. Our Extra Servings cakes are priced at £3 per serving. Let's say you are having 150 guests at your wedding. The "display" cake you have chosen will feed 80 guests and will be approximately £400. You can order extra servings to feed your remaining guests, which for 70 will be approximately £210.
Your order will total up to £610: £5 per serving x 80 servings = £400.
£3 per serving x 70 servings = £210.
Total for Display/Extra Cake = £610 (compared to £750 for a larger "display" cake feeding 150 guests: £5 per serving x 150 servings = £750)
