Refunds and Cancellation of an Order
We can only guarantee a full refund of your order if we receive your order cancellation instructions at least 24 hours (or 48 hours if your order is for a large / special order cake) before the collection time.
What happens if there is a problem with the goods?
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with any of the cakes we have supplied to you, you may return them to us for a full refund or a replacement within a reasonable period after the date of delivery. Please contact us to discuss the matter prior to returning the cakes. If the cakes have been altered by you or the fault has arisen through something we would not consider to be reasonable then we reserve the right to decline a refund.
What happens to my customer details?
We will not pass on your details to any third parties. However, we would like to send you notification from time to time of our new products and would welcome your agreement to remain on our mailing list. Please inform us if you do not wish your details to remain on our mailing list.
