Where can I make a booking?
To book a table, click the link here or visit our ‘Locations’ page, choose your preferred branch and book your visit! All our restaurants accept walk-ins.
Does Caffè Concerto do an Afternoon Tea?
You can enjoy our Prosecco Afternoon Tea exclusively at any Caffè Concerto venue. To make a booking for afternoon tea, visit our Book a table page.
What's the maximum time I can stay at my table?
You can enjoy your Caffè Concerto visit for 45 minutes, but if the restaurants are quiet and there are no queues, you are welcome to stay longer with our teams guidance.
Where can I find a list of locations?
We currently have restaurants located in London, Birmingham, Paris, Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah and Damman. To find your nearest Caffè Concerto venue, visit our ‘Locations’ page.
Can I hire out your restaurant or book a private area for an event?
We would love to hear about your event enquiry. If you’re a brand or media looking to host an event, please email us at coorporatebookings@caffeconcerto.co.uk, and a member of our team will come back to you.
If you’re looking to host a birthday, baby shower or any other special event with us, drop us an email at reservations@caffeconcerto.co.uk, and if we have availability, the team will do their best to accommodate you and make your time at our branch memorable.
Is your menu suitable for vegans & vegetarians?
Whilst we do our best to cater to all dietary requirements, we have limited options for vegans with a slightly wider selection for vegetarians. We’re working on development to add more vegan-friendly dishes, but in the meantime, please speak to a member of our team, and they will do their best to cater to your dietary requests. You can check out our menus online before your visit.
Do you have any items which are gluten-free?
Whilst we do serve GF options, all our food is created in a kitchen where there may be gluten nearby; we cannot guarantee that won’t be any cross-contamination.
Do you serve your drinks with milk alternatives?
Of course, we have plenty of milk alternative options within our menu from oat, soya & almond to coconut milk. Our friendly baristas will be happy to help.
Is your menu halal?
Yes, most of our menu is halal. Please speak to a member of our team in-store for any specific dietary or allergen questions.

How long are your gift cards valid for?
Our gift cards are valid from the date of purchase for 12 months. It is redeemable in-store only.
I have voucher experience (Groupon, Wowcher...). How can I book a table?
All voucher holders must book their visit 24 hours before their visit. Please call our reservation team on 02074946831.
